Shipping & Delivery

Here’s what to expect with your tool order from our UK tool shop.

Order statuses: Your order may show Preparing, Dispatched, In Transit, or Delivered. We update these using our own systems and the courier’s tracking information.

Combining items: Where we can, we combine your items into one delivery. Sometimes, though, tools may be sent separately because of stock availability or logistics.

Changing your address: If you need to change the address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, changes may be limited or subject to the courier’s rules.

Failed delivery: If no one is available, access is restricted, or the details are incomplete, delivery may fail. The courier may try again or offer a collection option.

Delivery notifications: Depending on the courier and your area, you may receive tracking or delivery notifications. Please keep an eye on your messages and tracking.

Contact & support: If you have a delivery question, have your order number ready and, if you have one, your tracking number. That helps us sort things faster.
